Voice mode says it needs a download. Speech recognition runs on your device and needs Apple's on-device model for your language, downloaded once. Tap Download in the prompt, or go to Settings › Voice. If your language is not supported on your device, Timed and Manual modes still work.
The prompter fell back to Timed or Manual mode. Microphone or speech recognition access is off. Open Settings › Privacy & permissions › Open iOS Settings and allow both, then tap Use Voice in the prompter.
My scripts are not on my other device. Turn on Settings › iCloud Sync on both devices, make sure both are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled, and keep the app in the foreground for a moment. The status line explains what the app is waiting for.
How do I restore Pro on a new device? Open the Pro screen from Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, with Family Sharing.
How do I get my scripts out? Settings › Export or delete all data exports every script as Markdown. Individual scripts can be shared as Markdown, PDF, or Word from the editor.
